Love your new website or get your deposit back.
You begin with a 50% refundable deposit. We then write, design and build the first working version. Managed and Editable Websites include unlimited refinements within the agreed brief — copy, images, content order, layouts and visual design. If you do not want to proceed before approving the website for launch, we will refund the deposit. The remaining 50% is paid after approval and before launch.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
Ownership
You own the website once it is paid for.
Ownership includes the finished website, the original copy and design, relevant original design files, the website code, repository or export required to move it, and your website data.
Your domain remains registered in an account controlled by your business. Third-party software, fonts, imagery and tools remain subject to their own licences.
There is no rental model and no lock-in contract. You can stay with us, move to another provider or manage an Editable Website internally.

Send your comments in one place. We make the agreed changes and return most requests within two business days.
Approve and launch
Once you approve the website and pay the balance, we complete the launch checks and put it live.

Do I need to write the copy?
No. We write the website copy using your intake answers, existing material and knowledge of the business. You review it as part of the working website.
Do I need to provide all the images?
No. We review the images you already have and source suitable licensed imagery where needed. Paid licences and original photography are quoted before purchase.
Are the fixed-price websites individually designed?
Yes. Managed and Editable Websites are designed around the business, brand, audience and goals.
Why can you show the website within two business days?
We handle the strategy, copy, design and development as one connected process. You review the working website instead of waiting for several separate documents and presentations.
What happens if I dislike the first version?
Tell us what is not working and we will refine it within the agreed brief. You can also request a refund of the deposit before approving the website for launch.
Is hosting included?
The website project includes launch and hosting configuration. Ongoing hosting and care begin from launch and are priced separately.
Will I own the domain?
Your domain remains yours and should stay registered in an account controlled by your business.
Can I move the website later?
Yes. There is no lock-in contract. We provide the files, repository or export required to move the paid website to another provider that can host it.
Is search engine optimisation included?
We include sensible foundations such as clear structure, page titles, mobile optimisation and speed optimisation. Ongoing SEO, content publishing and link building are not included in the website packages. No particular search ranking can be guaranteed.
Does the fixed price include ecommerce?
No. Ecommerce projects are handled through the Evolved Website service.
