Terms

These terms are being finalised and are subject to legal review before publication. The summary below reflects how our projects work.

Deposits and refunds

Managed and Editable Websites begin with a 50% refundable deposit. If you decide not to proceed before approving the website for launch, we will refund the deposit. If the deposit is refunded, the website, copy, design, code and other project work cannot be used. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

Refinements

Managed and Editable Websites include unlimited refinements within the agreed brief. Requirements outside the agreed brief can be quoted separately.

Ownership

You own the website once it is paid for, including the finished website, original copy and design, relevant original design files, and the code, repository or export required to move it. Third-party software, fonts, imagery and tools remain subject to their own licences.

Website care

Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are prepaid for a 12-month term and receive 20% off. There is no lock-in contract beyond any prepaid annual term.
