Payment and cancellation
Simple terms, no lock-in.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are paid upfront for a 12-month term and receive 20% off. We will send a reminder before an annual plan is due to renew.
Moving the website. You can move the website to another provider that can host it. We will provide the relevant files, export or repository for the paid website. Any third-party software or licence costs remain subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
